What this site collects
Nothing. This site has no forms that send data to a server and no analytics. The contact form composes a message and opens it in your own WhatsApp application: what you type never passes through our servers.
Data you give us when you write
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to deliver the service. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of the contract.
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal retention periods required for tax and accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data to third parties except where legally required. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and handles messages under its own policy.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and request portability of your data, by writing to the phone number or address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
